California State University - East Bay
I graduated from California State University - East Bay in 2021 with a master's degree in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Marriage/Family Therapy and School Counseling. I have been working towards my clinical hours and have been counseling teens and families ever since.
Having dual credentials allows me the knowledge on how to help everyone heal while balancing their identities (a student, a parent, a hard-worker in the field). My experience being a mental health support counselor for Dublin Unified School District taught me valuable lessons in students coping skills, and I bring that into my sessions. I help you realize how to regulate emotions during times of stress, how to be present in relationships, and how to be your best authentic self.
In this line of work, I always make sure that I also practice self-care. In fact, I enjoy spending time outdoors (anywhere near water), traveling, being creative, enjoying time with friends, massages and just having down time. Some of my favorite adventures have included cruising, food festivals, amusement parks, and trips to Tahoe.
